HOPE, GRACE & FLOW - THE WEEK AHEAD

After a weekend of mixed emotions - celebration for Mother’s Day on the one hand and then hostility shown towards the delayed lifting of restrictions on the other, the message we have been given is an uplifting one of Hope. A reminder to stay focused and true to our essence – the unique individuals that we are!

CARD 24: HEART EVOLUTION

"Evolution of the heart creates a compassionate soul. Allow your heart to sing and your soul to rise with the Sun each day."

Developing yourself comes not only through education of the mind, but also through education of the soul. This occurs through the many experiences and the challenges faced throughout our life.

Depending on our reactions and the outcomes, we catapult ourselves headfirst into learning how to deal with all that comes our way. Through this we all develop our wisdom, sometimes over much time and many tribulations and other times quickly and almost automatically.

All this helps us to grow as individuals on many levels. Eventually we see, feel and experience the compassion we have within us. This in turn spills over into our daily lives and our daily tasks, bringing with it much joy, happiness and love.

As we evolve, we allow our 'heart to sing' and our 'soul to rise with the Sun each day'. We live in the moment and come from a place of understanding, awareness and conscious living.

The wisdom of lessons learnt starts to show itself. It is difficult then to revert back to the old ways for they no longer resonate with us.

Be mindful of your own evolution. Ask yourself questions such as, Do I know of a better way? Is there a new perspective which may bring a more compassionate outcome for all concerned?

CARD 3: FREEDOM

"Freedom of the spirit to soar is such a gift. Be the one to receive this gift within your heart. You deserve it and can achieve it, if you believe it!"

We are all capable of following our life's passion, however sometimes we block ourselves from following our intuition because of everyday commitments and stresses. All we have to do is become aware, by taking some time to reflect. What is it that makes our heart sing?

If we can somehow take time to include it in our life, even if it’s the simplest thing we will feel our 'spirit soar', for we will be in our element and all will flow so beautifully.

We just need to believe that it is our choice to allow it to be part of who we are rather than ignoring it. Every one of us is deserving of love. Within us all there is a yearning (even if we aren't totally aware of what it is) to find our purpose, our contribution to ourselves, our family, our community and, in turn our world.

This is the 'gift' we have been born with. It is the remembering that occurs when we can stop, breathe and allow it to surface to our mind's possibility.

CARD 25: TRUE TO ONE’S SELF

"Each and everyone needs to be true to One’s Self. Truth’s direction taken from love. Share, understand and project love to all you come into contact with."

Being 'One’s Self' allows us to act honestly and share ourselves from a place of love. Without obstacles in our way, we can offer ourselves purely, clearly and unconditionally.

We all struggle to do this in life, becoming, at times, more concerned with keeping the peace, than stating our view regarding a situation. In this case, all others remain consoled, however we have forfeited ourselves and our opinions to achieve this! This doesn't allow us to feel like we are being true to ourselves and that begins to show in our actions.

Instead, if you take a deep breath and view the situation from a place of love and understanding and employ these qualities by standing in your truth and being yourself, others will start to mirror you and also start to stand in their own truth. The discussions and hopefully outcomes, will in turn be of the highest quality and will also be from a place of love and respect. All will be well!! This allows us to grow into our True Selves and slowly effect the change that is needed, in the environment we are in, whether at home, at work or at play.

How exciting to recognise that we can continue to evolve into our complete, unique Self! 'Within you is captured a unique individual, who is bursting to come out'.

By allowing ourselves to be and act in our true energy, we can rediscover who we are and stand in the truth that is ours, coming from a place of love in all situations. We can be free of societies' chains and 'play in life's game', as the genuine, grateful, well-rounded individual, openly sharing of ourselves and promoting fairness, love, understanding and kindness.

Our inner child, the true essence of ourselves is always in need of nurturing and encouragement 'to play in life's game', because we have hidden it within so far at times we do forget to consult it. Thus, we become focused only on the material needs, forgetting to feed the heart and soul along the way.

Introduce some fun activities into your day and into your life to allow your uniqueness to rise to the surface. Enjoy your day!

So, as we look forward to this new week, let us remember:

Energetically we need to tune in to the importance of allowing our spirit to be free “within” and to act with love “without”, as we continue to take one safe step at a time towards the removal of restrictions. We have managed such a fantastic result with the direction that we’ve taken as a country. Let us be the nation of “way showers” through our continued patience, resilience and growth as human beings.
