So, in times of so much turbulence around the world, what can we do as individuals to lift the energy and share the light?

Imagine…a world with the generosity of a child; the kindness of a mother; the adoration of a grandmother; the peace of an enlightened being…

We can choose to embrace the light, pray for understanding and love to be the way ahead…This too has the power to create change!

This weekend’s messages for reflection:

16. IMAGINATION: “The hearts and flowers of children's imaginations feed our need for Truth. Our inner child recognises the soul's call for love and laughter. As adults we must not forget this."

The innocence of children always offers the ‘Truth’. They are more focused on play, on sharing their inner joy through laughter, dance, love and more play.

When we view them, we see the ‘Truth’ in ourselves. We have forgotten how to access it as adults, but by watching children play it helps us remember the happy times in our lives.

When we recognise our 'inner child' also needs love and play, then we can bring in the balance we need and reconnect with ourselves.

6. GENEROSTIY: "Be kind and generous with your love for it will outlast all fears and uncertainties. You deserve to glow!"

Love is our natural state, before we learn to fear, see the hidden challenges in life, and learn to judge. In our purity we are love and give love unconditionally, as does the newborn child.

In this state, we are in our essence and so we do 'glow' with a vibration of love that encourages the best. By being in this state we are also able to share this love and so influence others to also experience this beauty.

No fears or doubts exist in anything we do, as everything is possible.

We are whole, we are love and we do show our light for all to see.

2. ENLIGHTENMENT: "Light your way every day with your light heart filled with thoughts of kindness, love and enhancement: the simple things that instill understanding, compassion and grace."

There is the opportunity every day to reboot or restart the heart and mind with positive intentions. Forming an intention for a fulfilling day of good health, great interaction, success and the sharing of small kindnesses towards yourself and others can direct the unfolding of a beautiful, free-flowing day.

A conscious expression of gratitude at the start and close of that day also allows for an expression of thanks towards the Higher Source from which all has naturally flowed. For as you tap into your understanding, compassion and kindness, you also become more in alignment and One with the Universe (God).

Our inner child recognises the call for love, imagination and peace, a wonderful recipe for balance, clarity & calm. Harness this positivity and allow the gift of harmony to evolve and the light to shine the way forward, not only in our thoughts, but also in our actions large and small throughout the coming days.
